Refund & Cencellation
Effective Date: November 2025
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment or full payment as per the booking terms shared at the time of reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date: 100% refund of the booking amount (after payment gateway charges, if applicable).
• Cancellations made between 3–6 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund will be applicable.
3. No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive without prior notice), no refund will be issued, and the booking will be considered canceled.
4. Early Departures
No refunds will be made for early check-outs or unused nights once the guest has checked in.
5. Refund Process
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.
6. Force Majeure
In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond our control, refund terms may be adjusted or rescheduled as per management’s discretion.
